How to access the Zoom webinar

Once you have registered, you will receive a separate email directly from Zoom with your unique webinar link.

Please look for an email from Zoom with the subject line  “CCWR 2026 Virtual Symposium Zoom Webinar Access Link”. Your personal webinar access link will be included in that email.

On the day of the Symposium, simply click the blue Join Webinar button in your email. See example below:

We recommend saving the Zoom confirmation email so you can easily find your access link when it’s time to join.

If you don’t see the Zoom email, please check your spam/junk or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@ccwr.org and we’ll help you get connected.
