Committee Member Application Form

The California Council for Wildlife Rehabilitators (CCWR) was established in 1993, at the request of California wildlife rehabilitators, to provide an avenue for communication through networking among California wildlife rehabilitators and to facilitate communications between wildlife rehabilitators and regulatory agencies with the focus of improving the quality of care for wildlife.

The CCWR has an active, working Board of Directors who ‘chair’ or 'co-chair' various committees and is looking to strengthen our committees with new members. Representation from all six statewide regions has always been a strong objective of CCWR. Applicants must be CCWR members in good standing, able to communicate via e-mail on a regular and prompt basis, be willing to attend one committee meeting per year within California, and able to focus beyond their local group/region to represent all rehabilitators in all regions within the state of California. All Committee member positions are for a term of at least one year.

The CCWR takes your interest in serving as a Committee Member very seriously. Please take some time and complete this application.
